Create a Seasons Diagram
After yesterday’s modeling of the motion of our Earth using our bodies, it was time to record our motions using paper and pencil, a difficult thing to do when putting three-dimensional space on to a two-dimensional plane!

While this diagram is a bit incomplete of all the information, it is a useful guide to creating your own seasons diagram and understanding the motion of our Earth. Note the Earth’s tilt, the parallel axes of each globe, and the revolution around the sun!
