- Two types of eclipses are partial and total eclipses.
- The Solar Eclipses are about 6 months apart
- Lunar Eclipses are about 6 or 7 months apart
- Solar Eclipse is split up between the partial and total types
- Solar Eclipse happens twice a year
- Lunar Eclipse happens twice a year also
- Solar eclipses are measured in minutes
- Alternates between winter and summer
- They can predict into future solar eclipses

- The earths atmosphere kind of blocks the sunlight. Red light passes through and the moon appears redder.
